Margaret's Party Cookies

2 Cups Four
1 tsp.Baking Powder
1/4 tsp.Vanilla
1/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powder Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
Mix together soften Butter and Cream Cheese  then add other ingredients.
When all is mix add 1 EGG WHITE BEATEN


Drop on to buttered cookie sheet Bake at 375 for 13 to 15 minutes


Frosting

1 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 Tab. Cream

Mix together spread on warm cookies
