Sweet Dough Recipe

¼ cup Instant Milk
1 cup Warm Water
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Margarine
¼ cup Sugar
1 ½ teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Instant Yeast
¼ cup Mashed Potatoes ( 1/8 cup Dehydrates Potatoes)
2 ½ cups Flour
Put all ingredients BUT the FLOUR in mixing bowl. Stir till yeast is soaked, then add Flour. Mix using a dough hook ( Can Knead by Hand) for 3 to 5 Minutes. Let Dough rest for about 10 minutes, then put on floured board and roll out.
For Sweet Roll
Roll out… then spread ¼ cup margarine on top then cover with Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture or Orange/ Sugar mixture. You can add nuts or raisins or cranraisns.
