Dairy Blue Cheese Dip


2 Cups Cream
1  5oz Blue cheese
1/2to 3/4 knox gelatine

Heat Cheese and cream in microwave till cheese is melted..
Stir in gelatin in to mixture
Pour into Blender ..Blend 2 to 3 minutes
Pour in to containers
Put in fridge allow to set
